Our Founder

Marcus began his career in Alabama’s construction and manufactured housing industry, quickly earning a reputation for his integrity, strong work ethic, and technical expertise. Over the years, he has successfully led projects ranging from site development and home installations to renovations and transport logistics—always upholding quality and honesty as core values.

With more than 26 years of experience, Marcus is a seasoned Construction Project Manager who has delivered multi-million-dollar projects across healthcare, education, transportation, residential, municipal, industrial, commercial, and manufactured housing sectors. He is recognized for managing complex initiatives from concept to completion, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and consistently achieving results on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Holding both B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Construction Engineering Management, Marcus leads Advent’s team of professionals with precision, integrity, and pride. Advent Construction Services was founded with a clear mission—to bring big-project professionalism and excellence to Alabama’s local communities, built on a foundation of quality, faith, and trust.
